You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a product exchange. In this case, proceed as indicated below:
- Send us an email to email@example.com indicating the order number, the product you wish to change and the one you wish to receive.
- Prepare the package: you can use the original package or any safe box.
- We will send a messenger to collect the unwanted item and deliver the new order.
For international orders, or outside the Iberian Peninsula, we do not process changes for online orders. You can proceed with the regular return process and place a new order with the correct product.
If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping period, please contact customer service through firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate your first and last name, and order number in the e-mail.
For returns, the process is very similar. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return a product. Follow store in 3 easy steps:
- Send us an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
- Prepare the package, you can use the original shipping box or any safe box.
- Please send the package with any courier service at your own cost to our facilities.

As soon as we receive the package we will proceed with the refund of the order, so that you have it available as soon as possible.
All products must be unused, unwashed and properly labeled, as we can not accept any return of an item that is not in perfect conditions.
As for the underwear, we do not accept returns or changes so make sure you take the right size!
